Unless otherwise stated, TDR and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on The Design Round. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from The Design Round for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

2. User Accounts & Progress Syncing

When you authorize a session using Google One Tap, you agree to provide accurate and complete verified profile information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your session and account details.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, wipe database entries, or block access if any user attempts malicious activities, reverse-engineering of APIs, spamming of authentication tokens, or scraping of sitemap resources.

3. Content Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The system design architectures, clean code templates, UML class diagrams, and distributed estimation guides hosted on TDR are for educational and interview preparation purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. We do not warrant that the platform will be entirely error-free, that the code editors will be permanently up-to-date, or that the database synchronization will be 100% uninterrupted.

4. User Generated Notes

TDR allows users to write custom study notes on system design problems. You retain ownership of any notes you write, but grant TDR a silent technical license to store, transmit, and sync these notes on your behalf. Notes must not contain illegal, offensive, or copyright-violating text.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
